We all love pizza .it has many flavour It is famous in Italy.The most important thing about Pizza is its unbeatable taste .While eating pizza crust topped with tomato sauce and cheese,our taste buds are stimulated

by children.Pizza is very simple to make , the recipe to make pizza is:

INGREDIENTS :

1.)2-2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour OR bread flour* divided (250-295g)

2.)1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)

3.)1 1/2 teaspoons sugar.

4.)3/4 teaspoon salt.

5.)1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and/or dried basil leaves optional.

6.)2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional.

7.)3/4 cup warm water

now some important tips are there that will make the pizza more delicious –

  • letlet the dough rise well : Allow the dough to rise until it doubles rather than allowing it to rise for a certain period of time.The time taken for the dough to double may vary depending on the temperature or place you live.
  • Bake the base:If you are baking a thick pizza base in a small oven, then it is good to bake the pizza first for 5 to 7 minutes and then smear the sauce and top it with veggies and cheese.Then bake it to finish off.
  • Use the right flour.
  • Season your dough.
  • Don’t use pre-shredded cheese.
  • Keep the sauce simple.
  • Preheat your pan. 
  • Give it lots of heat.
