There are some dishes that never loses its charm, one such recipe is this Macaroni .This is Easy to make and delicious to eat, pasta is a savior for the days when we want to cook something super easy and tasty.Did you know that there are approximately 350 different types of pasta around the world and about four times that many names for them! For example, due to its shape, farfalle pasta is often called “bow tie” or “butterfly ” pasta. Cooks use different shapes and sizes of pasta for different purposes. white pasta are pretty much the same in terms of nutritional content . You’re better off choosing brown rice or whole grain pasta , which will give you slightly more calories, but a bit more fiber and the nutritional benefits of eating a whole grain food.


Heat water in a large pan. When the water starts boiling add a tablespoon of salt and macaroni. Boil till it is soft.

Drain and toss and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add ginger, onion, garlic, and green chilies. and other spices that you want to add according to your taste . Fry for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and fry for 1 – 2 minutes.

Add carrot, capsicum, peas, and beans. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Italian seasoning, salt, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Add cheese and mix well.

Now add the boiled pasta, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and mix well.

Serve hot.

Ready macaroni masala.
